The mission of the Kappa Alpha Psi®® Foundation is to identify and invest in opportunities that engage today’s generation of young people in leading the social, economic, and educational transformation of underserved and underrepresented communities throughout the nation and global community.
Founded in 1981, the Kappa Alpha Psi® Foundation serves as the philanthropic partner for Kappa Alpha Psi®® Fraternity, Inc. With the support of Fraternity members across the globe, the Kappa Alpha Psi®® Foundation has established itself as a leading force to impact the large-scale social and systemic changes needed to improve the outcomes and lives of youth and young adults in underserved and under-represented communities.Serving as an advocate and supporting programs that are woven into the fabric of the Fraternity, the work of the Foundation empowers achievement, rebuilds communities, and provides financial assistance to students of all ages who strive for excellence.
